Key experience Chris manages the total construction program to achieve the physical and financial objectives of the business. This has included providing leadership support within the construction operation on a day to day basis and the effective resourcing of project activities including management of contractors, and consultants, ensuring that construction safety procedures are fully implemented and understood, management of construction industrial relations and the full engagement of operational staff in “hands on” training if required. This can be measured through:

• Adherence to project schedule;
• Application of appropriate controls to manage and reduce construction risk;
• Completion of construction activity that meets design specifications;
• Project objectives for safety, environmental compliance; and

• Budgetary costing
