Key experience Paul has had significant experience in governance responsibilities which has involved setting out strategic direction, establishing goals for management, and monitoring the achievement of these goals to optimise the Company performance. Paul has taken an active role in ensuring risk management is integrated into the Company management systems and the culture of the Company. His experience is further strengthened in recruiting, selecting and developing senior team members, tendering, project management, contract negotiations and construction of roads, railways, concrete structure and major earthworks
