Position: Site Supervisor
Location: Sydney, NSW


Reporting to the Works Manager, you will be responsible for the project planning, organising, coordinating and controlling resources to maximise productivity while continuing to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. The key function of this position is the supervision and coordination of site personnel with the flair and capability to lead continuous improvement on site, in line with the project program.

The individual must be a proven leader with the experience to lead a site team. Extensive experience managing multiple projects valued between $3 million and $50 million. They require sound WHS, environment and quality aptitude with the ability to drive results and delivery.

The successful applicant must demonstrate the following competencies:

  • Site and people management 
  • Construction management
  • Resources management and utilisation 
  • Aptitude both in written and verbal form
  • Problem solving - deductive reasoning & analytical thinking
  • Plan and prioritise workloads to meet changing deadlines 
  • WHS - Quality and Process Improvement Management
  • Functional capacity at client and project level
