Scope of works

Burton Contractors completed bulk earthworks and subdivision works for the second stage of the Bungarribee Industrial Estate.

Bulk earthworks included:

Tree clearing & grubbing
Topsoil stripping
Subgrade preparation
Retaining wall construction

Infrastructure works and subdivision included:

Estate road works
Stormwater drainage
Wetlands (bio-retention basin)
Water, sewer and electrical reticulation works
Landscaping
GWH intersection works

Project Highlights

Project highlights so far have involved the construction of a bio-retention basin to support the native flora and fauna and blend the new development into the Western Sydney parkland area.
