The Greenhills Beach Estate development required civil works, installation of vacuum and gravity sewer systems, electrical works, and landscaping works for 236 residential lots.

Detailed works included: 

• Clearing of existing trees 
• Excavation, relocation and capping of existing slag material onsite 
• Importing of 30,000m3 of fill
• Extensive roadworks 
• Stormwater construction 
• 4km of tripstop footpath system 
• Concrete cycleways, timber boardwalk, sandstone pathways and pavilion areas for public access.

• Ability to effectively coordinate all trade groups on the site without disruption of coinciding works.
• Works were completed with minimal impact on the local community.
