Scope of works

The Hoxton Park Industrial Development project required the demolition of existing infrastructure, completion of bulk earthworks, and construction of new arterial roads.

Works also included:

  • Preparation and installation of building pads (inclusive of imported shale capping and DGB20 Installation beneath all concrete slabs)
  • Detailed backfill to panels and retaining walls
  • Internal stormwater installation works
  • Asphalt car park construction
  • Construction of a detention basin on adjacent land.
Project Highlights
The project team overcame poor weather conditions to achieve all milestones in line with the project schedule and deliver the project on time and to client satisfaction
