Description of Project:
The project included the construction upgrades to Acacia Road and Old Princes Highway Intersection, Oak Road Intersection, Kingsway and President Avenue.
Scope of Works:
The key features of the works included:
- Construction of additional right turn lanes
- Relocation of 200mm and 750mm water mains
- Installation of isolation valves to existing 750mm water mains
- Relocation of utilities
- Earthworks including clearing and grubbing
- Removal and stockpiling of topsoil
- Excavation and cutting
- Placement of general fill
