Description of Project:
The Oakdale South Industrial Estate project included earthworks, clearing and grubbing, stripping and replacing of topsoil, placement of mulch, rectifying and reworking of any unsuitable subgrade or uncontrolled/compacted or wet fill, reinforced concrete pavement and road works, traffic management, utility services relocation, street lighting, subsoil drainage, signage/line marking. Works further included 32,000m2 of flexible pavements, 5,500m of stormwater retaining walls and gabion structures, concrete kerb and culvert works and landscaping.

- Bulk earthworks 700,000 m3 of cut to fill, 750,000 m3 of imported material
- Creek realignment
- Multi-cell culvert construction
- Soil engineering
- Retained Earth Walls up to 12m in height
- Noise wall construction
- Stormwater drainage up to 6m deep
- Pavement construction and street scape
- Sewer, water, electrical, communication and gas reticulation and bio retention basins
