Description of Project:

 The Port Botany project involved the construction of three Automated Stacking Crane (ASC) Terminal bays as part of the multi‐million dollar developments for the new Terminal 3 at Port Botany. 

Scope of Works:

The key features of the works included:

  • ASC beams, rail beams & rails
  • Reefer access gantires
  • Connection into existing facilities
  • Traffic signage and road markings
  • Container walkways
  • Automatic Stacking Cranes (ASC) rails, fixings, stow pins and buffer stops
  • Site wide electrical conduits and pits for HV/LV and communications cabling distribution
  • Heavy duty rigid and flexible port pavements
  • High mast and bollards lighting including foundations
  • Lane identification gates and entrance / exit area gates
  • Fencing and all associated services and drainage
