Access Estate

Description of Project:

The Barings Access Estate Project is an industrial subdivision project at 884-928 Mamre Road, Kemps Creek and is a proposed warehouse and logistics hub. Burton Contractors’ scope of works includes general bulk earthworks and associated infrastructure with preparing the site prior to building construction. 

Scope of Works:

The key features of the works included:

• Demolition of existing dwellings and associated buildings
• Earthworks including clearing and grubbing, dam dewatering and pad construction
• Stormwater and drainage works including construction of onsite detention and bio retention basins
• Construction of internal public estate roads and connections to existing and future local roads
• Infrastructure comprising civil works and utilities
• Landscaping
