This person must bring with them a unique approach, diligence, self-direction and above all an eagerness that compliments and reflects the business direction.
A passion for developing knowledge and gaining hands on experience working alongside a site construction team on various projects, with the ability to respond to company structure and systems, combined with a thoroughness of knowledge across construction methodologies, best practice, quality and safety is an essential aspect of this position.
Exposure in a civil on site environment would be desirable. This role is the integral link and technical support to the Project Management Team.
The Graduate Engineer will not fit the traditional characteristics; this person must be able to match the stamina to work at a fast pace in a dynamic environment, a business that is in a fast growth curve looking to make significant difference in the industry.
